Baja Shield Refund Policy

Refund policies are as follows:

  • Policies with a term of less than six months are non-refundable once the policy has commenced. However, these policies can be canceled in advance of their start date for a full refund. 
  • To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, it is essential to contact the company prior to the policy’s effective date. Please be aware that refund processing is not available during holidays or weekends. 
  • In case you need to cancel a policy outside of regular business hours or on a holiday, kindly utilize the “Contact Us” tab for assistance.
  • Semi-annual and annual policies are issued at a discounted rate and adhere to a “No Refunds, No Cancellations” policy.
  • For semi-annual and annual policies, there is an option for “substitution” in the event that the insured acquires a new vehicle or requires a change to the insured vehicle. In such cases, a prorated credit will be issued for the remaining coverage of the policy to be canceled. This credit can be applied toward a new semi-annual or annual policy for the replacement vehicle. It is crucial that the new vehicle is registered under the same name as the policy’s insured party to qualify for a “substitution.”
